- Credit Appraisal Memorandum (CAM), CAM Recommendation, PD Visit, Televerification of each deal, understanding risk and mitigations, financial analysis and financial plotting, CIBIL and banking analysis.
- Analysis of whether the file logged in with credit is in accordance with basic standard login norms.
- If an existing client is analyzing past repayment history and highlights any discrepancies, if there are any.
- Finance reference calling (FRC) with financiers reflecting in the CIBIL inquiry in the last six months.
- Plotting and summarizing financial statements and credit history to better understand how much risk a customer poses.
- Prepare the CAM as per clients surrogate (Surrogate viz FTU/ Retail hirer/ Contractor/ Captive).
- Recommending CAM after receiving the necessary document from the Business team and doing the TVR.
- Checking the physical file, along with the credit document, and finalizing system entries for approved limits for disbursing the case.
- Maintain and publish daily, weekly, and monthly MIS of file login, sanctions, and disbursement files, vehicle delivery, PDD and collection (non-starter, 30+, ED (early delinquency), 6 MoB, and 12 MoB).
- Visiting customers who are in Non-Starter, 30+, and ED cases.
- Hindsight visiting in first-time users, captive cases, and other sampled cases.
- Monthly basis visit in dealership, DSA, and DDSA.
- Arranging policy training on a monthly basis for the credit, operation, and sales teams.
