- To provide crew change assistance to the entity by arranging transportation and local arrangements at the port of embarking or disembarking, also providing all local arrangements from local residence, thus ensuring smooth travel for the crew members joining on board, and making a one-stop communication for the entity for all the assistance required to complete a crew change.
- To liaise with the Crew Co-ordinator and discuss crew changes on a daily basis.
- DMS (internal software) must always be updated within 48 hours, with all onboard staff documents uploaded for all nationalities.
- To arrange flight tickets for joining and off-signing seafarers.
- Involves liaising and co-ordination with Head office, local port agents, travel agents, vessels, and various manning offices handling respective nationalities.
- Prepare all joining papers, complete the documentation process, and verify documents.
- Checking documentation of joining seafarers.
- Applying flag state licences of joiners.
- Application Form 1 (Emigrate) for joiners.
- RPSL Upload.
- To connect flag documents to vessels via joiners.
- Maintain embarkation and documents-related trackers.
- Obtain uniforms for officers joining New Building ships, as requested by crewing operations.
