Process Management

• Overlooked the entire production of three categories of export vehicles, generating revenue of INR 200 Cr. monthly.
• Solely handled the audits of Inventory/Quality Controls/Energy Management System & Safety Management system of one of the core department of Hero Motocorp.
• Handled the procurement & inventory management of entire consumable department of the Plant.
• Streamlined processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall productivity through strategic planning and resource optimization.
• Promote and enforce a culture of safety, ensuring that all workers follow proper safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.

Cost Optimization

• Reduced engine packaging cost by ~17% (from Rs 720 to 602 Rs) per engine by implementing cluster packaging.
• Reduced export complaints from 21% to 0.6% by implementing a bar code system at the stations.
• Lead the Kaizan project for delivery enhancement reducing vehicle changeover time from 360 minutes to 60 minutes.

• Worked on procurement of chemicals and tools required to establish the lab for experimentation
• Acquired proficiency in designing and conducting experiments, literature reviews, data collection, and analysis specific to lithium battery recycling.
• Optimized recycling processes, exploring variables such as temperature, pressure, and reaction times to enhance efficiency and yield.
