The platform provides features such as lead management with status tracking and disposition updates, automated workflows for Medicare plan matching and enrollment, role-based access for agents and administrators, and integrated communication modules for calls, emails and SMS follow-ups. Additionally, dashboards and analytics were built to monitor agent performance and enrollment metrics.
