· Drive Asset Officers and Branch Head of Assam State (Guwahati I region) for acquiring Asset Business like Structured Retail Assets (SRA- Home Loan/Mortgage Loan, Auto Loan, Educational Loan and Personal Loan) and MSME loans along with Budget allocation to the branches

· Follow-up with branches for maintaining TAT for proper loan documentations, security creation and disbursement of the loans.

· Follow up with Asset officers and Branches for monitoring and reduction of compliance of operational pendencies related to the loans plus submission of information to SLBC, Assam as requested by the committee

· Timely compliance of various operational activities related to loans

· Follow-up for Recovery and SMA movements

· Monitored and coordinated for SRA/MSME compliance parameters, CERSAI registration, ROC registration, CGTMSE, SMA movement and FTNPA.

· Coordinated and followed up with branches/other depts. for timely submission of MIS and other information as sought by Zonal Office, Head Office and State Level Bankers Committee. Attended various meetings conducted by SLBC, RBI, NABARD and Govt of Assam.

· Supervised overall branch business of both Asset and liabilities

· Being an Asset focused branch (Athgaon –Guwahati), had sourced more SRA and MSME business, sanctioned and disbursed as per branch DoP and also got it approved in loan processing cells as well as in various loan committees

Previously worked in various departments like Agri Vertical, Priority Sector Group vertical, Branch Banking, Corporate recovery in NPA Management Group in various capacities in Siliguri, Guwahati, Mumbai and Bongaigaon
