- Patient Data Migration-
Successfully fulfilled a client requirement for a major cancer hospital in India by migrating data from their old PDF, JSON, and HTML format dashboard to a new, user-friendly one. Employing Scrapy, Selenium, proxy, and Zyte API, I efficiently crawled and organized the data into a systematic and searchable format. The extracted valuable information was stored using MongoDB and SQL.
- Clinical Trial Data Pipeline -
Automated the aggregation of clinical trial data from 10+ countries' registries, creating a seamless data pipeline. Leveraging Docker, Python, and MongoDB, I employed de-duplication, cleaned and formatted the data, and merged it into a unified collection. This consolidated dataset was then utilized by our products for client delivery and product enrichment.
