• Configured the new plants, storage location, and purchase organizations as per organization structure.
• Worked on Service Requests, On-site projects, Roll-out and implementation projects to deliver solution as per SLA.
• Setting up Release strategy with classification as per company’s approval process for purchase requisition and purchase order.
• Configuration of Message outputs for PO & GR
• Configuration of pricing procedure for purchase orders.
• Managed integration points between other modules with respect to Materials Management transactions within the SAP MM Module.
• Maintained master data, such as vendor, material and pricing information in SAP MM module.
• Configured various settings like plant parameters, material types and number ranges in order to meet client's specific needs within the SAP MM Module.
• Gathered business requirements for SAP reporting and functionality enhancements.
• Engaged with the ABAP team to work on the RICEFW objects, SmartForm layout of the CoA and to implement the required custom features leveraging BAPI and development of BDC as well as delivering Barcode and automation solution.
• Involved in Unit testing, End User Training, Documentation and Go-Live process for PPQM module.
• MM-FI Integration: knowledge on Automatic Account Determination.
• Configuring the split valuation (Valuation Category and Valuation Type).
• Experience on business special procurement processes like Consignment cycle processes, Subcontracting and Inter and Intra Company Stock Transport order.
• Material Requirement Planning: Material Requirement Planning based on reordering point.
• Inventory Management: Transfer posting, stock transfer, goods issues, goods receipts, Initial stock upload, Split Valuations and physical inventory.
