Roles and Responsibility.

• Good understanding of the Business Process and Client's requirement.
• Enterprise configurations- Plant, storage location, Purchase org, Purchase group and their assignments.
• Master data configurations: Material types, number range and assignments, Material groups, Special procurement, View selections, Vendor account group, Number range and assignments, BP Configurations, BP roles, BP grouping.
• P2P Configurations: Document types and number range creation and assignment (PR, RFQ, PO)
• Configuration of Release strategy (PR, PO), Output determination (PO, RFQ).
• Configuration of the Pricing Procedure.
• Configuration of Automatic account determination, Special procurements like consignment, Subcontracting, Stock transport order process.
• Coordinated the integration of MM with FI and SD based on functional requirements, including automatic account assignment and stock transfer processes.
• Good knowledge in unit testing and writing unit test cases for potential scenarios, and prepared test deliverable with supporting evidence.
• Actively involved in solving tickets raised by testing team during integration, Regression testing and cycle testing.
• Participated in giving KT sessions and providing user manuals to key users to ensure successful UAT testing.
• Actively involved in solving tickets raised by key users in SIT and UAT testing.
• Participated in final preparation and cutover activities. Data from the legacy system was transferred to the newly installed system using LTMC.

Roles and Responsibility

• Requirement gathering discussion with the customer to get the necessary information of the Project.
• Updating of the Business Blue print document.
• Involved in the FSD preparation.
• Expert in Test case design and test data preparation for potential scenarios.
• User story creation with reference to Project Requirements.
• Following the testing procedures and Testing methods as per the business requirements.
• Defect creation in defect management tool, assigning, Priority, timely tracking and closing ticket.
• Good experience on system Integration testing, Regression testing, Cycle testing and User acceptance testing (UAT).
• Performed testing on Business cycles such as procure to pay (P2P) Service procurement, Special procurement, Outline agreement and Stock transfer order.
• Strong analytical knowledge on the business requirements, and understanding and following the Test defect life cycle.

• Handling support Tickets as per priority.
• Working various issues raised by clients, in order to make necessary Change Request.
• Create and change the Master data like Vendor, plant address, new town code etc.
• Providing production support and solving end-user problems in MM transactions.
• Analyzing the problem to provide solutions to the user generated error and incidents.
• Associated with the senior consultants for the solutions to user Tickets on various subject line, pricing, sales documents, Item category, schedule line category, material.
• Handling complete Procure to Pay (P2P) process.
• Receives & reviews purchase requisition & Generates Purchase order based on information provided by the client.
• Processing the Purchasing Requisition to Purchase Order following the check list using the SAP application.
• Aligning with Finance for Invoice queries and resolving on timely manner.
• Generating PO report on daily basis to monitor the closure of the order.
• Responsible for vendor Selection as per the Quotation.
• Developed queries for reporting.
• Resolving day to day issues related to inventory management (Goods Receipt, Transfer posting etc.
• Handling Tickets and responsible for closing the same within defined Service Level Agreement.
