- Five lab setup (Jajang, Gonua, Paradip, Nuagaon and Nposhi), NABL certification and recertification to Jajang Lab and Quality Manager in Jajang iron ore mines quality control laboratory.
- Iron ore analysis in Wet chemical and all parameter in WD XRF (Panlytical Zetium). Finalization in lab budget and procurement, SRN making, manpower finalization. Also minimize the cost in analysis.
- Coordinates and manages activities and programs within a laboratory facility.
- Overall Management responsibility of laboratory activities. Effective handling of customer feedback including complaints. Review of customer feedback and complaint related to test and laboratory performance, taking corrective and preventive action.
- Coordination of all AMC works and maintaining records for the same.
- Productivity and monitoring cost of laboratory. Convening Management Review meeting and liaising with NABL authorities.
- Preparation of Quality Manual, MSP, SOP and Formats & Registers.
- Material/service code preparation, PR/PO making.
- Annual budget finalization for Lab, SPU and field.
