• Delivered customer-centric workflows and requirements in Epics/User Stories using Scrum methodology

• Developed an Investor Portal for AIIMAN Asset Management (Malaysia), enabling user registration, portfolio views, and transactional capabilities
• Gathered and prioritized business requirements, leading UAT efforts for seamless deployment

• Gathered and analyzed requirements for payment and reconciliation processes, including SWIFT messages (MT103, MT202, etc.)
• Led migration of I-core systems and automation of daily processes like price uploads and SWIFT message handling
