Being a Quality Checker checking the payments auctioned by the makers.
Approve the First step and route the items back to the respective makers to deal with completing the request from their end.
Once the makers complete their part, approve the second steps, and file the request.
Mark down the errors made by the makers, give them the feedback and update the error tracker.
Investigating the escalation cases received from business and providing a complete resolution with the help of manager and the team.
