• Responsible for New Test lab set up , Instrument purchase and installation
• Responsible for EMS Software logic verification (Alpha test) & OBD verification at vehicle level, EMS software concern resolution, EMS data set handling for all Engine variant
• To conduct PFMEA trials using breakout box, to confirm Sensor Errors for OPEN, SCL, SCH etc on every software release at vehicle level.
• Conducted regression testing and submitted observations to development team.
• Duty cycle and data Generation test like fan duty cycle trial & Temperature mapping trials
• Prepared test planning sheets and test specifications for the test based on design data.
• Introduced new methods, practices, and systems to reduce turnaround time.
• Conducted root cause analysis & support for design changes
• Responsible for component test and ECU feature verification at vehicle level like (Starter motor, Alternator, Fan, Cruise control, Fuel coaching) etc
• Responsible for functionality verification such as Cluster verification, Telematics verification, Fuel tank calibration, Diesel tank calibration, Engine Protection strategies (Coolant temp, Oil pressure)
• Responsible for Pre-homologation & Performance trial like Road Speed Limiting (RSL), Speedometer calibration, Odometer calibration, Head Light Leveling Device test (HLLD), Horn test, Range test, Energy consumption test, Blower air flow test, AC performance test
• Responsible for diagnostics/trouble shooting of testing vehicle’s (BS III, BS IV, BS VI) Engine controls system
• (i.e accelerator pedal issue, sensor malfunctioning issues, Electronic control unit issues)
• Responsible for troubleshooting of cabin harness circuit & engine harness at vehicle level
• Knowledge on diagnostic software & data logging software like Vision, Etas, Visu, Wabco ABS, Ipetronic, Influx etc
• Responsible for Instrumentation & Instrument calibration tracking
• Responsible for New instrument purchase as per requirement & instrument maintenance.

• Responsibilities:-
• Design & Development of Electrical parts for automotive Air Conditioning.(EMI/EMC Compatible)
• R & D for new development of component & VAVE for Existing electrical parts
• Design of 2D drawing, circuit design of complete HVAC,wiring diagrams,schematic diagram in CAD Software
• Preparation of design validation plan for each electrical component
• Supplier & Customer visit for new development
• Preparation of wiring harness diagram as per requirement & logic and other electrical parts fulfilment as per customer requirement
• Involved in projects of TATA MOTORS, MAHINDRA, HONDA CAR.

• Knowledge on different type Tests of Electrical component(Performance,Durability,Environment,Safety)
• Operating principle & Use of different types of Motors, Thermistor, PWM controller, Resister Blower, Thermostat, Thermo Amplifier, Power transistor, RTD, Thermocouple, and other Electrical parts
• Good Handling of machines & Instruments like Motor Performance characteristic test Bench (Dynamometer Controller), Control Panel Endurance test Bench, Programmable Timers, Blower motor Endurance test Bench, Oscilloscope Insulation Tester, HI-Voltage tester, Millie-ohm Meter, Data Acquisition System, Clamp Meter , Multi Meter, Millie Amp Source, Temperature Bath, DC power source etcPrepare Test Schedule as per test request, Organise BTM.
