• I have good working experience with ServiceNow and have been directly responsible for the migration implementation of ITSM and HRSD functionality on the ServiceNow application
• Having extensive experience in the technical implementation of various ServiceNow modules, such as Incident Management, Problem Management, and Change Management
• Have a good exposure to moving customizations from instance to instance using update sets
• Extensive work experience with client-side APIs, such as Glide Record, Glide Ajax, Glide Form, Glide User, and Glide Dialog Window
• Extensive experience in working with UI policies and data policies
• Experience in the usage of defining service level agreements (SLAs)
• Experience in working with the setup of standard email notifications, event-based email notifications, and email templates
• Worked on the full cycle of upgrading the instances, module-wise test case preparation, tracing defects, and their fixes
• Experience in working with the workflows using ServiceNow workflow activities, like notification activities, timer activities, task activities, and approval activities
