Description:

• Designed and executed CAT III AGL systems for runway & associated taxiways and other Apron Lighting, comprising of 7000+ LED lights, 600+ Perimeter Lights (solar powered), 36 Nos. of High Masts at Apron Stands.
• Designed and engineered the complete power distribution network for a large-scale infrastructure project, incorporating 11kV/0.433V 1500kVA dry-type transformers (4 Nos), high-capacity diesel generator sets (1010kVA – 1 Nos, 1250kVA – 4 Nos, 250kVA – 2 Nos), and compact substations (1250kVA – 2 Nos, 1600kVA – 1 Nos, 1000kVA – 2 Nos, 250kVA – 2 Nos).
• Developed technical specifications, single line diagrams, load calculations, and equipment selection to meet stringent operational and safety requirements.
• Conducted cable sizing, protection studies, and short-circuit analysis for transformer and DG integration, ensuring seamless performance under varying load conditions.
• Led interdisciplinary coordination for installation feasibility, space management, and auxiliary system interfaces (earthing, APFC, SCADA).
• Prepared detailed BOQ and design documentation, supported tendering, and guided implementation to successful system commissioning.

• Designed & coordinated for the execution of highway lighting - 220km stretch from Bijapur to Humnabad NH 50.
• Retrofitted electrical panels to reduce downtime of Asphalt plant and prepared preventive maintenance schedules.
