1. AGL System Execution: Managed the installation, testing, and commissioning of the complete Airfield Ground Lighting (AGL) system at Hirasar Greenfield Airport, including runway, taxiway, approach lighting, PAPI, and guidance signs.

2. Power and Control Systems: Supervised the installation of CCRs, control and monitoring systems, isolation transformers, cabling, earthing, and associated electrical infrastructure.

3. Project Coordination and Quality Control: Coordinated with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure compliance with ICAO, DGCA, and project specifications while maintaining quality and project schedules.

4. Testing and Handover: Led system testing, commissioning, documentation, and final handover activities to ensure operational readiness and successful airport certification.

Executed and supervised Airfield Ground Lighting (AGL) installation works for the Fourth Runway 11L-29R,Runway 09-27, Runway 10-28, Elevated Eastern Cross Taxiway (ECT), and associated apron and airside infrastructure, ensuring compliance with ICAO and DGCA standards. Coordinated installation of inset and elevated lights, guidance signs, isolation transformers, series circuits, cabling, CCR panels, and control/monitoring systems in alignment with runway and taxiway construction activities. Prepared and coordinated cable routing, cable schedules, and duct layouts for AGL and high-mast lighting systems, ensuring seamless integration with airfield pavements and utility/CCR rooms. Supported testing, commissioning, night trials, and operational readiness activities in coordination with consultants, OEMs, contractors, and airside operations teams.

Involved and responsible for the Halogen to LED conversion project for Runway 11R-29L.

• Performed firmware upgrades and software updates for addressable controllers and LED AGL fixtures to ensure compliance with operational and performance requirements.

• Carried out photometric testing and quality assurance checks on repaired AGL lights in the laboratory, verifying compliance with ICAO and project specifications before deployment.

• Managed Airfield Ground Lighting (AGL) system server connectivity and communication infrastructure, including Optical Fiber Cable (OFC) laying between the Old ATC Tower and New ATC Tower.
• Supervised installation, configuration, and commissioning of CMS Cabinets, AGL Servers, and operator workstations at the New ATC Tower.
• Coordinated installation of monitoring systems within the ATC Tower and conducted operational training programs for Airports Authority of India (AAI) officials on AGL control and monitoring systems.
• Established and commissioned a dedicated AGL Simulation System in the ATC Tower Simulator Room for training, testing, and operational familiarisation.
• Prepared runway maintenance schedules in coordination with NOTAM requirements, ensuring compliance with operational and safety standards.
• Planned and optimized manpower deployment for preventive and corrective maintenance activities to ensure uninterrupted AGL system availability and operational reliability.
• Provided technical support, troubleshooting, and coordination during commissioning, maintenance, and operational phases of the AGL control system.

Managed HT power source changeover operations through the SCADA system for 8 substations, ensuring uninterrupted power supply to the Terminal Building, Ancillary Buildings, CCR Building, and Airfield Ground Lighting (AGL) systems serving the runway, taxiways, and apron areas.

• Monitored and coordinated electrical distribution networks to maintain reliable operation of critical airport infrastructure and airfield lighting systems.

• Analyzed equipment performance and maintenance data to support timely fault rectification, system reliability, and operational continuity.
