From Sept-2019 to Sept-2022:

• led the mechanical Planning Wing of Sinter Plant looking after both maintenance planning and spare parts planning
• This included annual budgeting, inventory management, spares procurement, vendor assessment, inspection, quality assurance and coordination with cross functional wings to ensure the availability of spares and consumables in time. Also preventive maintenance and annual capital repairs planning.

From Sept-2022 onwards :

• As in-charge for mechanical maintenance of raw material division( storage, handling & supply) of Sinter Plant-1 which includes around 120 Nos of conveying systems , Yard equipments like reclaimers and stackers, Crushers ,mixing drums and screens etc.
• Coordination with various cross functional teams to ensure equipment availability and their reliability to supply the required raw material mix for sinter making in right quality and quantity.

Management trainee to Deputy General Manger ( Mech )/ Energy management Dept.

From year 1991 to 2019:

• Commissioning and Operation and establishing the standard operation practices of various units like centralized fuel gas management system (SCADA), BF Gas cleaning plants, Entire fuel gas pipelines networks, CO Gas boosting stations, SMS gas recovery plants( LD Gas holder ), Gas mixing stations, gas flaring systems etc
• Gas distribution, heat and energy balancing, Calculation and monitoring of specific energy consumption. Monitoring and audit of various energy conservation /energy efficiency improvement activities and analysis of. their impact on the emissions level of the plant
• Internal energy audit and mandatory external energy audit as per Energy Conservation Act and various regulatory compliance
• Also in between hold the position as in-charge of mechanical planning ( both maintenance and spare planning ) and site maintenance of various units of EMD like Fuel gas (BFG, COG, LDG) network pipelines, its accessories like compensators, Valves of various types and sizes, Gas boosters, Gas cleaning plants, SMS Gas holder and export station, Gas mixing stations, gas flaring systems etc. All these with specialized attention and adherence to Gas safety practices.
