- I manage the Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) Operations team to provide large scale data labeling and annotation services ( tailored towards Text/Image Classification, NER, Sentiment analysis Bounding Box, Segmentation masks) focused towards development of a variety of supervised-AI ML models spanning across use cases involving catalog data enrichment, catalog QC automation, visual search, knowledge graph, chatbots, etc.
- My team's responsibilities further includes the ground truth validation, identification of the hallucination effects as generated from the various LLM/Gen AI foundational models.
- I also oversee an ML-ops team engaged in developing solutions to automate the e-commerce catalog listing QC process targeted towards volume intensive categories- focused towards fostering QC consistency, faster TAT and cost savings by reducing human touch points.
- My people management responsibilities spans across a modest size team of FTE and FTCs. Apart from that I also engage with a sizeable outsourced workforce deployed at multiple vendor partner locations.

- Between Mar 2017- Jan 2021: (a) Co-managed a Product Ops charter to aid in the ML driven catalog content localisation constructs via data labeling as Flipkart nudged N200M users with vernacular adoption. (b) Program managed Catalog readiness towards Grocery launch.
- Between Nov 2015- Mar 2017: Lead a team to deliver on the quality assessment of the search query-result pair and semantic analysis to gauge the user discovery pain and to benchmark the relevancy performance. The scope was also to intervene on the semantic issue fixes related to query intent.
