CSD is a Diameter agent which handles relay, proxy, redirect and interworking functions in virtual deployment, along with several key features to facilitate roll-out of Diameter routing in a network.

The Nokia Global Care aims to provide outstanding customer's experience. With an Agile development approach, we build and enhance our Case Handling solution with regular releases.

Role:

· Support for LLD preparation for pre-installation requirements during project phase.

· Support during project phase for Deployment of BCMT(Base OS & Deploy Server), NOKIA NCS, ZTS and CSD on top of a common Kubernetes (k8s) cluster.

· Analysis & troubleshooting of CSD 5G (SCP, BSF, SEPP) product deployed in Kubernetes.

· Analysis & troubleshooting of CSD 4G product in VNF & CNF(CNDRA) platforms post deployment.

· Support for handover to Care for Extended Life Product Support & customized upgrades support

· Case Handling in Salesforce, JIRA & Crisis Management, Outage Avoidance & RCA on time

· Software Upgrade/update Fulfillment & Quality.

· Functionality Testing of Customer Specific feature at customer lab environment.

· Performing BVT (Built Verification Testing), Health Check – Analyzing/verification of logs – GUI Analytics.

· Feature configuration at production environment after verification at lab.

· Simulating dependency nodes with CSD using tools like IMSDiaGen, Vegeta, jq-linux64 & curl commands for testing DIAMETER , http & http2 interfaces.

Project: End to End System Integration & Validation

Description :

An IMS-RCS Test Environment Lab in which all the Mavenir Nodes (WebRTC , SDC, PNS, PRX, I-CSCF, S-CSCF, TAS, RMS, MStore, HSS, MRF(Radisys & Dialogic), LDAP) are integrated & Updated with Latest Version Release. System Testing is done at Mavenir products whenever a major Version Releases to Customer.

Role:

· Preparation of Lab CIQ, IP planning for microservices architecture of Mavenir Products.

· Configuration/Deployment of VNF’s at Lab & staging Environment in OpenStack Platform.

· Creation of Links/Interfaces with existing dependency Nodes.

· Perform basic sanity testing using Rakuten Link OTT in lab, before any major software release.

· Identify and raise bugs in JIRA found during Scenario Validation.

· Simulate site issues in lab setup for debugging, analysis and verification of bug fixes.

· Provide testing environment to Connect (Rakuten’s Client) client development and other system testing teams.

· Deployment & Testing E2E Voice and Video Scenarios using of VoIP Softphone like X-Lite , Kapanga.

Description :

DDE(DRA) is a Diameter agent which handles relay, proxy, redirect and interworking functions in virtual deployment, along with several key features to facilitate roll-out of Diameter routing in a network.

DDE is a distributed application server architecture, i.e. application server functions are split in different VM types adding independent design and High Availability scheme.

DDE uses VMware platform or OpenStack platform and the deployment include four types of VM instances: OAM, Load balancer/IO, Application, and Database.

Role:

· Preparing the HLD(High Level Design) followed by LLD (Low Level Design) & Communication Matrix for the customer which will have the E2E architecture & peer node information related to DDE , CSD.

· Updating the CIQ (including the dimensioning) provided by customer having peer node information , Hardware Information, Diameter Traffic.

· Deployment of DDE in Testbed environment at Local Lab in RED HAT OPENSTACK PLATFORM, Integration & Testing of interfaces using IMSDiaGen Testing Tool & simulating peer nodes.

· Deployment of DDE VNF in Customer Environment ie VMware vCloud using VNFM(Virtualized Network Function Manager).

· Preparing the ATP for the interfaces used in DDE for Cx , Sh , Ro, Rf, Rx , Gx , S6a , S13 Interface.

· Integration of Real Peering Nodes with DDE and Testing of TestCases using the ATP, debugging the same and escalating the issue to Testing Team.

· Simulating PCRF in IMSDiaGen Tool for testing Gx interface (PGW – DRA - PCRF)

· Integration of Real Peering Nodes with DDE and Testing of TestCases using the ATP, debugging the same and escalating the issue to Testing Team.

An IMS Test Environment Lab in which all the Mavenir Nodes (SBC, I-CSCF, S-CSCF, TAS, DSC, RMS, HSS, MRF(Radisys & Dialogic), LDAP, PS, XDMS etc) are integrated & Updated with Latest Version Release.

System Testing is done at Mavenir products whenever a major Version Releases to Customer.

Role:

· Integration Testing of any new product or solution in lab setup.

· Configuration of New Nodes ie Installation of OS(RHEL/WR) on VM Network , Installation on Exports(Customized) & Installation of Mavenir Software, Installation of Dialogic MRF for Announcement.

· Creation of Links/Interfaces with existing dependency Nodes.

· Perform basic sanity testing in lab, before any major software release.

· Identify and raise bugs found during lab testing

· Simulate site issues in lab setup for debugging, analysis and verification of bug fixes.

· Provide testing environment to Phone2.0(TMO’s Client) client development and other system testing teams.

· Testing of VOIP scenarios i.e. IMS Registration, Re-Registration, De-Registration and Supplementary features [CFU, CFNR, CFNRc, CFB, Call Hold and Conference], Call Transfer, Lawful Interception, Ro(Online Charging)[DIAMETER], Rf(Offline Charging)[DIAMETER], Sh Interface[DIAMETER].

· Expertise in Analysing Call Scenario and Test cases, Test Case Execution, Test Case Reviews, Test Result Analysis, Defect Reporting and Defect Tracking.

· Expertise in debugging of MRF(Announcement) ,LDAP ,HSS related Conference, Forwarding Cases.

· Designed the Scripts according to the Test plan using SPEC/RFC/FRS and Writing test plans according to Functional Specification plan as well as executing all the test cases and generate the test result report.

· Expertise in (Functional Testing, Load Testing).

· Expertise in NetHawk EAST (Automation Testing) & SIPP Scripting(Manual Testing).

Description :

Monitoring overall network health and its improvement. Monitoring Network Complaints and their resolutions. Improvement of KPIs - ASR, PSR, CSR, LUSR, Signaling link utilization, trunk utilization loads etc., end to end for core network. Operation and maintenance of switch for alarms, fault/abnormal conditions of MSC & BSC. Fault management in both hardware and software level. Customization of MSC related data like B-Number Analysis Table, Route Analysis, IMSI number analysis, GT analysis, Routing Case Tables, Short Codes openings, Roaming analysis & testing etc. Creation & modification of traffic route, CCS7 data, routing database & Carrying out the required modifications/changes in the System data base.E1 Augmentations (with other operators POI), Call testing, ISUP- Tracing of different routes for troubleshooting and rectify suspected drawbacks in different routes.

Project : EAST Automation Testing Tool

Description :

Environment for Automated Systems Testing NetHawk_EAST is a test automation tool that allows users to emulate or simulate one or more network elements in the telecommunications network. It can be used for feature testing as well as load testing. It provides an easy to use, intuitive GUI front-end that is consistent across all protocols. Here I tested all TIO's functionality. Also tested the functionalities of all Logic Editors. Created the Parameters, Templates and Attachments for the protocols like MGCP, SIP. Execute the regression and load scripts.

Role:

• Testing functionality of EAST tool.
• Creating test cases and Call flow scenarios for regression testing of tool.
• Wrote test plan and procedures for tool.
• Execute Regression and load testing scripts.
