• To ensure Kuehne-Nagel 3PL network operates in accordance with the instructions as set and established with the logistics Business interface / Integrated Logistics as part of Project Andromeda
• Ensuring accurate processing of shipments by reviewing and analyzing business aviation and mature engine part referrals.
• Responsible for operating on behalf of Rolls Royce to maintain and update SOP aligned with customer and advise the KN 3PL of any changes to scope of services, process, service level.
• Coordinating shipment planning with KN 3PL to meet customer needs, ensuring service levels for routine, expedite and AOG.
• Verifying alignment of transport plans and costs with customer needs before requesting approval.
• Ensuring continuous updates to KN systems involving financials, project timelines, and causes for delays.
