JOB DESCRIPTION
- Maintenance and troubleshooting & technical support of mobile hydraulic HEMM like (Sparvamec, Charnec, Agitator, Multimec, Pipe handler, RBO, Public carrier) supported by 24V DC, 440V AC & multiple hydraulic and pneumatic control functions guided by pumps and motors.
- Responsible for Maintenance compliance, Asset optimisation, 5S compliances, AMC documentation, Repair and Rebuilding, Backlog Managements, Conditional monitoring, daily shift reports, Oil waste management and their compliance.
- Alongside working as a service engineer, coordinated the Pilot project “Smart Care” at project level in all projection execution phase.
- Book manpower in line as per skill of associates to achieve maximum productivity.
- Ensure all safety & maintain 5S in line to ensure reliable work practices and a clean working environment inside the workshop.
