Offer technical support to customers (operators and teams) on-site
Manage plant erection and assembly work
Conduct product training programs for customers and on-site training for operators and teams
Handle spare parts business
Work on machine performance reports, whether under warranty or out of warranty
Gather feedback from customers and customer care on machine performance and contribute to product improvement through FSM (Field Service Management)
Fully responsible for New Equipment commissioning, installation and Monitoring
Hydraulic and electric circuit training is provided to new service engineers
Adjust the hydraulic pump flow settings using flow meters
Troubleshooting of Cranes Wheel loader Motor grader HDD Machine, Piling ring, Excavator concrete pump, transits mixer, concrete batching plant etc
Provide technical guidance to customers, technicians and engineers for the completion of work at site
Responsible for Engineers training, Operators training
Responsible for Warranty control and defective parts analysis
To develop and implement an efficient after-sales network aligned with the company's business requirements
Monitoring of Product performance on weekly/monthly basis
To guide the customer for the optimum and accurate use of machines
To analyze the root cause of the failure to avoid the repeated failure
