• TQM and IATF Auditee of Front Axle Assembly.
• SPOC for Implementation of digitization projects – Kitting, ASN Aggregate, ESDT, Torque digitization, E-DWM.
• Appointed front axle assembly acting head with a strength of 8 supervisors and 200 blue collar.
• 7 L3 controls and 5 S3 controls implemented as project lead.
• Increased front axle assembly productivity. (HPeV) by 12.5% through load distribution charts for multiple takt times.
• Successfully increased Line efficiency of Assembly lines by 25%.
• Completion of 2 Warranty project for top issue in Assembly line rework (Reduction by 50%).
• Additional responsibility of PPC and Despatch and Inventory SPOC for Front Axle.

• Commissioning and Installation of 3 new Robotic Welding Automation Line for two-wheeler chassis including prototype testing and production of the new model.
• Reduced the rejection rate of frame production at prototype stage and in pre-production lot by nearly 37%.
• Clearance of Hero Extreme FRAME (Chassis) in single event instead of 3 sets reducing Actual Project Uptime by 7 months.
• Currently given 11 projects in Chassis Frame.
• Awarded Kaizen of the Quarter for productivity reduction of Hero Extreme FRAME.
• Awarded certificate in ACMA Kaizen Competition for the same.

• Received multiple ‘Moment of Fame’ awards for production and designing.
• Received 'Employee of the Quarter' award thrice for production and designing.
• Multiple cash awards for generating numerous 'SEEDS' - Innovative or process improvement ideas for the production area and other departments (Kaizen).
• Visit to Turkey for Commissioning and trial of the new CNC laser cutting machine.
