July 2022 – June 2023 (Associate Engineer) -

I joined TechnipFMC as a GET in 2022 and worked for product life cycle management.

Troubleshooting for quality notifications from the vendor, shop floor, assembly team, supplier of OEM products, and lab facility.

July 2023 - June 2024 (Engineer I) -

Works and supports project engineering, new product development, product improvement, product standardization, and product qualification projects.

Dealing with various ASME, API, NORSOK, and DNV codes and standards related to subsea equipment design and manufacturing.

July 2024 - Present (Engineer I / Project Coordinator) -

I worked and supported the PMT team for the Hwashin Fasteners issue, which is at a global level.

Lead a group of 6 to 7 engineers for the PMT issue project, managing the engineering project within a specified schedule and budget.

In regard to the PMT issue, I worked on various well and flow control products, like trees, manifolds, and tubing hangers.

Led end-to-end delivery of more than 100 projects for over 25 clients.

Served as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, maintaining alignment on deliverables and priorities.

Directed cross-functional teams, including Buyers, Suppliers, QA, UX/UI designers, various Engineering teams, and business analysts.

September 2022 - Present (Lead - The Fuller Life) -

Led a team of 25 members in organizing diverse employee engagement activities, encompassing major festivals, Road Safety Month, Women's Day, Family Day, and other events.

Successfully organized the Annual Day events in 2023, 2024, and 2025, featuring the participation of over 1,000 employees.

Oversaw the planning of performances, managed the program, and handled all communications, including the schedule and budget.
