- Created the various Public SSL certificates using the tool called Sectigo certificate Manager according to the client's requirements
- Worked on the different types of Public DNS requests like A, CNAME, TXT records creation and modifications for the easyJet(client) domains, And verified them using MXtoolbox
- Made the servers ready for every month OS Patching on on-prem windows servers before patching implemented, did pre and post checks before and after patching completed to make sure services are running fine
- Make sured all servers around 700 servers are up and running fine by working on the monitoring alers
- Managed the Teampass application which is used in easyJet for storing the passwords of all accounts like service accounts, workgroup servers passwords, Meeting room accounts, etc
- Worked on the Teampass access requests and new Roles creation, new Folder creation, assigning roles to users, Provided restricted access to user, one time password view link share requests, etc
- Managed Decommission of on-prem servers in the easyJet by following standard easyJet process and make sured to remove those Decommed servers from easyJet estate like from AD, DNS, Monitoring, Networks Firewals, Secuiry monitoring tools
- Worked on the High Disk, CPU and RAM usage on the servers and get them below the threshold by troubleshooting and increasing the capacity to ensure the servers up and running fine
- Purged the MSMQ queues which are not in use to make sure the services are not broken
- Installed different agents used in easyJet, On windows on-prem servers like SCOM (Monitoring Agent), Snow Inventory (Software licensing) and Carbon block (Security Agent), .Net Framework 4.8, etc
- Collected the Sprint Perfmon logs and IIS logs from the servers as per application owners/performance testing team requirement and shared the logs to them via FTP path
- Provided the access to the folders,RDP,etc
- By creating the groups and adding users in the respective AD security groups
- Have experience in managing the Service now tool, Squared up tools, Sectigo tool.
