  • As part of this global template copying project, I coordinated some of the basic configurations, master data, and TM profiles from the global template format to meet the current client needs. Enabled a bridge between the TM Senior Consultant and the Client Business Team.
  • A major focus for our team is to work with the business on each requirement, to coordinate and collect the details for the config template that we had. I had an opportunity to work with another senior consultant on collecting order combinations that are relevant to TM, and the deliveries needed to be integrated with TM.
  • Worked alongside other consultants on setting up control keys, order combination configuration, FUBR, and FU/FOR type determinations.
  • Coordinating the master data perspective with the client, which starts with providing knowledge on TM master data to the client and client users, collecting the current list of master data from the legacy system, and mapping it to the TM master data template. And, also running the CIF task at the end of the implementation for ERP Master Data, such as material, customer, vendor, and shipping points. Setting up or adding missed TM-specific master data, such as TM resources, default routes, zones, locations, lanes, etc.
  • I used the global template list and collected the list of selection profiles needed for some of the TM background jobs.
  • An equal duration should be spent on testing the template that we copied for the current client, determining whether it fits their needs, and finding defects in standards and templates. Created new test scripts for client-specific scenarios in ALMQC, and also ran those along with the user. Handled defects in many TM areas

  • In this support client role, I delivered hyper-care support for one release. And from the TM team, we were able to coordinate with other support teams for order integrations and a background jobs perspective.
  • Handled incidents across TM areas, especially on TM order integrations with the ERP system. Failures in order integration, FUBR, FU, and FOR type determination levels.
  • Handled incidents to fix the data at the XML and PPO2 levels.
  • Carrier determination from lane master data, and validating the location, zones, and their lane incidents.
  • Updating the existing selection profiles for any changes needed, or for any additions of master data. Updated a few selection profiles for the Charge Calculation Program, and the FSD Creation Program.
  • Updating and creating new selection profiles for each country and business user.
  • BRF+ condition creation and updates incidents.
  • Incident to Manually push the failed master data from ECC to TM through CIF.
  • Issues related to FSD posting to ECC and its XML failures at the ECC side.
  • FU and FOR type determination, BRF+ condition update.
  • Updating and creating new POWL queries for the superuser. Guided many end users on the method to create a new worklist, sort the worklist value, and add or remove fields on the worklist.
  • Guided many end users on handling cockpit screens and configuring them for their individual needs. Example to move the four quadrants, sorting and adding new fields to each quadrant, filtering, and counting the values in each quadrant, etc.
