- Development: Developing a requirement requested by the user (client). Eg: A user demand is having an invoice bill attachment in carrier invoice. The feature is developed in carrier invoice along with the configuration, that an invoice bill attached in carrier invoice will also be reflected in MIRO invoice (invoice from the client side).
- Deployment: All the features developed will be first tested in quality and then moved to production, so that it will be available for both client and carrier.
- Enterprise Structure and Configuration: Creating Purchase Organization, Planning and Execution Organization, Transportation Roads, Transportation Lanes, Transportation Zones, Agreements and Tendering Profiles for client to perform end to end process.
- Testing: Performing an end to end process which starts from creating Freight Units i.e., the no. of units required to carry the goods and Freight Orders that are created by the client. Next, performing tendering process i.e., selecting carrier to move shipment from source to destination along with charge calculation. Finally, carrier invoice is created by the carrier, then freight settlement document and MIRO invoice are posted by the client.
- Support: Resolving tickets raised by the client which involves master data cleansing and errors in end to end process like Freight Settlement Document not getting posted, Carrier not getting assigned etc.
- Analyzed TM processes to identify areas for improvement and efficiency.
- Collaborated with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions on time.
- Mentored junior consultants on best practices and project methodologies.
