UNIVERSITY ADMINISTRATION AND MANAGEMENT

• Instrumental in enabling student ambassadors to connect with prospective students and allow our customers (the universities using our products) to measure and track the amount of time their students spend on the platform, so they may recompense their volunteer students in a structured manner based on various metrics
• Displayed ownership in building playbook for sales and customer success teams to mobilize ambassadors between platforms. Designed, collaborated, executed the entire process seamlessly without interruptions to business
• Exhibited accountability in building a curated analytics dashboard for customers. It involved optimizing the look and feel of UI. Displayed leadership by scoping work into sprints, mentored young engineers and brought them up to speed which improved overall performance of the team
• Solved the long due engineering problem by building a tool to replace all shared library references into local references. The tool scans more than 1000 files, make 600+ replacements, copies 400+ files. It removes the possibility of human errors and reduces the manual intervention to 20%
• Built a tool to track end to end test failures which creates a bug in JIRA and adds frequency of occurrences in the ticket. This helped us to identify flaky tests.
• Building micro frontend using module federation which would reduce build time and increases deployment frequency

LOAN MODIFICATION WORKFLOW AND ASSIGNMENTS

• Built bucketing system and prioritization engine that enables automatic task assignment based on various prioritizing criteria
• Built task engine enabling dynamic checklist rendering for various types of loan processes, investors and user personas
• Built workflow engine for loans - where some requires manager and qc intervention
• Owned the complete integration of workflow engine and task checklist engine to carry out tailored modification processes based on user’s roles

CASE AND COMPLIANCE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

• Developed dashboards for different users serving as a single source of case and compliance information

• Owned complete migration of conventional static forms in the system to dynamic forms with configurable UI controls. This eliminated the heavy lifting of functionalities on the UI layer and replaced 20 UI components with only 5 components retaining the business workflow

• Owned complete migration of spring JPA queries to criteria APIs and query dsl. Migration helped to execute complex queries with reusable filters

• Owned complete integration of various mailboxes with the system to enable automatic case creation

• Implemented scheduling system for automatic synchronization of mailboxes with the system

HIGHROADS

• Built authentication and authorization module enabling single sign on
• Part of building centralized plan and product management serving as a single source of truth for all updates and versions
• Part of customized document generation of product and plan
• Built streamlined reporting module which allowed seamless plan comparisons for payers
