· Taking care of the Project Management and the Business Analysis part.
· Currently working as a Sr. Executive- Customer Service Key Account; basically working as a mediator between the internal team, sales persons and with the customer.
· Online order processing, stock updating and channelling information and also performing different tasks in SAP. Revenue collections from existing customers.
· Identifying, approaching, demonstrating and acquiring new customers for B2B Business.
· Understanding the requirement of the lead or new customer and arranging samples for the same
· Generating Business Analysis reports such as: RM Issue report, Sales comparison report, Sales report, and Year to Year Sales comparison report, Sales Estimates, Project Data etc
· Ensure all invoicing are completed with accuracy.
· Responding to complaints from customers and give them after-sales support when requested.
Handling import orders by processing it through SAP.
