I look after all the data related to recovery in all the loan accounts Pan India. I collect all the recovery department data of Central Bank Of India. I clean, process and manipulate the data wherever required and make it presentable in front of the top management of our bank i.e General Manager Recovery, Executive Director and Managing Director and Chairman of our bank.

I have worked as Branch Manager of Central Bank Of India in a small branch where I have managed a team of 5 people working under me. As a Branch Manager I was incharge of Credit, Operations and all the the other routine work of an operational branch. Also:

• Maximized productivity by keeping detailed records of daily progress and identifying and rectifying areas for improvement.
• Adjusted job assignments and schedules to keep pace with dynamic business needs, factoring in processes, employee knowledge and customer demands.

• Directed staff and managed annual capital budget.
• Developed and maintained relationships with customers and suppliers through account development.
