Led the supplier quality and material quality functions in Volvo Buses India. Transformed the Quality culture and way of working in the bus body building scope leading to a big shift in customer satisfaction and quality perception

Handled different commodities as supplier quality engineer from complex sheet metal parts and steering systems to forging and drive axles. Led many critical projects for the Group with high business impact, delivering high quality levels and on time project deliveries

Managed proprietary parts ranging from engine, axles, transmission, cooling systems, air intake and exhaust systems

After 6 months of training in various departments as a Graduate, I chose Supplier Quality as a career. Handled Sheet metal & Machining components as Supplier Quality Engineer
