Managing the centralized underwriting for salaried home loans and loans against property, For South India Hub, covering several states(Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Kerala, and Telangana).

key responsibilities include:

• Achieving HUB business targets.
• Enhancing team productivity.
• Managing approval turnaround time (TAT) and approval ratio.
• Conducting concurrent audits of approved cases.
• Monitoring first EMI bounce and early bouncing.
• Providing training to credit and sales teams.
• Implementing processes.
• Minimizing data entry errors.

The SBFC's base location was in Jaipur, Rajasthan. It handled the underwriting of products such as Loans Against Property, Business Loans, and Personal Loans for the state of Rajasthan.

• My base location was Jorhat, Assam. I was responsible for managing the underwriting process for products such as Loan Against Property, Business Loans, and Personal Loans throughout the state of Assam.

• At HDFC, I was stationed in Guwahati, Assam, serving as a credit manager for the seven states of the North East for HDFC Bank Ltd. My primary role involved underwriting loan proposals up to Rs 1000 Lacs. This entailed analyzing clients' financials, banking and credit histories, their social and business backgrounds, and preparing Credit Appraisal Memos. Portfolio management encompassed client and branch visits, regularizing and following up on the bank's delinquent accounts, and overseeing external vendors such as valuators, lawyers, CPAs, etc. I underwrote products like Cash Credit (CC), Overdraft (OD), Bank Guarantees (BG), Letters of Credit (LC), and bill discounting.

• Based in Jorhat, Assam, I served as a Relationship Manager in the Business Loan Group (BLG) Department at ICICI Bank Ltd. My role involved acquiring and maintaining clients for working capital business loans. Responsibilities included analyzing financial statements, banking transactions and history, credit reports and credit histories, as well as the social and business backgrounds of customers, and conducting SWOT analyses. Additionally, I prepared Credit Appraisal Memos for the approval authority, ensured timely renewal of facilities, and managed the execution of all necessary documents to disburse the sanctioned limit, coordinating with the bank's empaneled valuer and lawyer.
