Heading Product Warranty: Independently headed scooter warranty CFT meetings with the heads of quality, design, service, and software teams to increase scooter quality, reduce warranty claims and costs, along with vendor chargeback, provision calculations, accounting, and audit closure.

Cost Reduction & Cost Control: Reduced costs and optimized processes like RSA cost reduction by introduction of new RSA policy and merging experience centers and service centers to lower rent/operations costs.

- Led service analytics and automation team to create management reporting dashboards.

- Assisted in policy creation for accessories and annual care plan sales with scooter sales.

- Assisted service team in war room to reduce service tickets by 80%.

- Identified and prevented Rs 1 Cr monthly fraud in the field.

- Supported Salesforce implementation for finance, operations, and reporting.

Planned and executed a comprehensive audit program in line with Ind AS, IFRS, and the Companies Act.

Worked on a wide range of areas such as Revenue, COGS, Fixed Assets, CWIP, Inventory, Payroll, Borrowings, and Cash & Bank.

Prepared variance analysis and an overall analytical report for partner review.

Work exposure of various sectors such as Manufacturing - JSW Steel, QSR- Sapphire Foods Metal & Mining - Vedanta, Home Appliance Retail - Bosch.

Identified opportunities for process improvement through analysis of existing systems and procedures.

Led capitalization of India's one of the biggest steel plant JSW - Dolvi including trial run gain loss treatment, COGS and related party transactions.
