Identifying spike protein inhibitor to control the infection of SARS-CoV-2 from small molecule database. The spike protein plays a key role in the infection of the Novel Coronavirus. Our objective was to find small molecule inhibitors using the process of docking and check the real-time activity of inhibitor using Molecular Dynamics algorithms.

Tracing evolutionary tree of Philippine Tarsier

The BLAST(Basic Local Alignment Search Tool) was used to trace the tree. The sequence of COX1 Protein (Cytochrome C Oxidase Subunit 1) sequence was used for this. Using BLAST tool Multiple Sequence Alignment was conducted; thus the tree was traced.
