- Serving as part of the Predictive Office, a specialized executive team focused on delivering predictive solutions for H&M's enterprise as an ML Engineer and Data Analyst
- ML Engineer Role:
- Contributed to developing a scalable and customizable Robotic Process Automation (RPA) prototype as part of an enterprise-wide Event Management solution to improve incident resolution through predictive decision-making and proactive resolution efforts
- The initial MVP reduced manual effort in handling over 1,000 network gateway incidents per month at the store level, using UiPath
- Successfully led the end-to-end implementation of MVP 2, achieving high-volume alert resolution (10,000+ alerts per month) through proactive handling of access point offline issues at the store level
- This solution mitigated sales disruption caused by HP device firmware issues and was implemented using the State Machine Framework and Parallel Processing in UiPath
- Implemented MVP 4 for Integrated Incident Suppression (Grouping & Correlation) for Store Network Areas, resulting in 40% noise reduction and eliminating over 1,000 duplicate incidents per month
- This enhanced the visibility of unstable network devices and nodes, significantly improving operational efficiency
- Data Analyst Role:
- Conducted exploratory data analysis (EDA) on ServiceNow alerts and incidents to impact the solution definition for event management across multiple H&M business technology domains
- Performed in-depth analysis to estimate the performance metrics of the Event Management MVP 2 for API rate limits in ServiceNow
- Key objectives included the frequency distribution of alert occurrences over 5-minute intervals for three months, alert-to-incident conversion rates, and counts of auto-closed alerts
- Provided business analysis of Warehouse Management System (WMS) operations to identify sales-impacting areas and calculate the average cost-to-company (CTC) due to warehouse downtime
- Successfully developed and deployed a Sales Data Transformation Pipeline using Azure SaaS, which transformed daily shop reports from Diebold POS systems across 25 countries and 30+ languages into the Splunk platform
- This solution led to improved priority accounting issue resolution for H&M Finance
- Implemented and documented Phase 1 of the Sales Data Flow solution, involving the migration and transformation of daily shop reports from Diebold POS systems across 6+ countries and 12+ languages to the Data Store and Observability platform in Splunk
