Managing the Budgets as per AOP for 2000 + stores across Trends/TST and Extension business
Creating month wise planned budget as per planned activity
Assisting in planning & execution of micro marketing activities to ensure the Purchase orders are aligned on time for timely implementation
Responsible for clearing GRN by following up with state team to ensure all the invoices are processed for timely payment to vendors
Co-ordinate with the accounts payable and finance department to resolve vendor payment queries
Reconciliation of all vendor statements is done quarterly to verify payment has been made
Physical Auditing done by visiting stores
Prepare and forecast monthly spends v/s planned budget to Management
Cost analysis of every activity is done
Preparing the order sheet for centralized procurements and getting the cost approval from NHQ
Delivery & Logistics management – For centralized procurements coordinating with Logistics team for 100% delivery of material on time
GST Management – Solving vendor GST queries
Assisting in developing SOP’s for all the formats and ensure the SOP is followed rigorously by the team
Training the team and equipping them with the skills to understand and fulfill vendors needs with the mechanism of spontaneous observation & concurrent feedback
