Over the past years, I have undertaken diverse responsibilities around Public Health, encompassing project leadership and management, strategic support, research activities, needs assessments, capacity building, resource management, and new business development. I have collaborated with international, national, and state-level stakeholders, coordinating project partnerships and maintaining collaborative relationships with various partners and donors . Project Management and Leadership

Leading diverse projects with reputed clients and stakeholders like Central Ministries, State Governments, The World Bank, UNDP, UNICEF, UNAIDS, WHO, JSI, Autonomous Institutes like IIPS. The areas of my expertise include Capacity Building, Human Resources of Health, Developing Strategy and Management Framework and Strengthening Governance Mechanisms and Stakeholder Liaisoning and Management

Capacity Building

Led various Capacity Building and HRH Strengthening programs like Capacity Building in the General Nursing-Midwifery and Paramedical Schools, Lead trainer for key techno-managerial training topics like Project Management, Soft Skills, Leadership and Infection Prevention and BMW Management, Managing various International Workshops along with development of training curriculum for trainings programs.

Business Development and Partnership Management

· Secured high-value projects and bids, to generate new business and driving new business development across diverse domains.

· Delivered high-revenue projects, including projects exceeding revenue worth USD 1 million, multi-year projects, and large-scale geographic projects.

· Authored proposals, concept notes, and strategic ideas to drive fresh sales and expand activities both nationally and globally.

• Leading Baseline Assessment for eVIN in all Districts of West Bengal (UNDP)
• Completing Concurrent Monitoring of Mid Media Activities for Routine Immunization being implemented in 2 districts of Jharkhand (UNICEF)
• Implementation of Fifth Round of National Family Health Survey (NFHS-5) in Meghalaya and Mizoram (IIPS & MoHFW)
• Implementation of Fourth Round of Global Youth Tobacco Survey (GYTS-4) in 12 states (IIPS & MoHFW)
