1. Requested Change in Vendor Recommendation Engine for Assigning / recommending both primary and secondary vendor
Impact: To reduce cancellation of work orders by vendor and reducing both AHT of the event and dwell / down time of an Asset.
Resolution: Idea is under Pipeline and will be Implemented in upcoming Phases

● Defect identifications raised:
1. Raised a Sim ticket for “Cancel & Reactivate" option not working in relay garage RBV events.

Impact: For Reducing AHT on working RBV events
Resolution : Currently the feature is only working for Sensor detected events, development team is working on this and will be Implemented soon in next Phases.

Highlights & Achievements :

• Selected as Training Ambassador on September 2023 and as a Trainer I have Trained and supervised for 25+ NHT/Cross skill Trainings and supports in operations everyday with existing associates.
• Developed training program for new hires, focusing on safety, efficiency, and customer service standards. Updated the MCS Training Plan & Material for day-to-day Training process.
• Collaborated with L4 / L5 managers and provided support on Project titled as " Relay Garage Tracker: Canada Assets Alert ".
• Created MCS – Conversation Templates and shortcuts document for Auto Hotkey.
• Actively Participated in GEMS Kaizen, April 2024 and received a Certificate.
• Received RNR multiple times for months of October, and December (Peak) in 2022 and March, August in 2023 and Feb, Dec 2024, march 2025 and for Q1 2025.
• Volunteered and Actively conducted VROC GEMS engagement activities multiple times.

• Worked as a Project Coordinator in Samalkot and Peddapuram ULB’s for Project named as 'Real time Monitoring system – RTMS'.
• Looking after the project thoroughly and coordinating with the ULB officials and stakeholders.
• Determining the project's obstacles and challenges and attempting to minimize them.
