  I spearheaded the procurement process for various projects at HCL Group, including Kiran Nadar Museum of Arts, HCL IT City, Shiv Nadar University, Shiv Nadar School , Residences and Office Renovations.
  
  Negotiated contracts up to 1500 Crore, showcasing strong negotiation skills and attention to detail.

• M/s Macawber Beekay is a joint venture with Clyde Bergamann of U.K).
  
  The company executes projects of Material Handling systems, like Ash Handling system, Mill Reject Handling system, Cement Silos etc. in Power plants, Cement plants, Aluminum plants. The major clients include NTPC, BHEL, BALCO, MSEB, ACC, PSEB, RVUNL, UPRVUNL etc.
  
  My responsibilities included vetting of tender documents, project tracking vis-à-vis time & cost over-run, work orders for sub-contracting.

• The responsibilities included involvement in different projects as follows –
  
  U.P Petrochemical Plant at Etawa (4500 crore plant of Gas Authority of India Ltd, EPC by Engineers India Ltd)
  o Responsibilities – Execution/ Supervision works for Furnace/ Equipment Foundations with cast-in situ piles 450mm, Gas Cracker units etc.
  
  Telephone Exchange Building - Lodhi Road, New Delhi (Multi-storied building with a total covered area of about 40,000 sqm)
  o Responsibilities – Planning & Monitoring, Client/ Subcontractor billing, contracts, client coordination etc.
  
  Corporate office at Saket, Delhi
  o Responsibilities – Pre-Qualification of bids, Analysis of Rates, Tendering etc.
  
  Japanese Bungalow Project.- Amrita Shergill Marg, New Delhi
  (Renovation/ Modification with complete Refurbishment works)
  o Responsibilities – Complete project management and Client coordination, including planning, execution, billing etc.
  
  Hydro cracker Unit, Faridabad (Expansion of R&D facilities in the R&D Centre of Indian Oil Corporation, Faridabad under the technical know-how of Engineers India Ltd)
  o Responsibilities – Execution of site development works, including Roads, Drains, Culverts

Company was engaged by Steel Authority of India Ltd. at Rourkela Steel Plant for the consultancy works.

Responsibilities included involvement in consultancy and technical supervision of rebuilding & modification of Coke Oven Battery No. 2. The job comprised of strengthening of various RCC structures like beams, columns, walls. The methods adopted were jacketing of rusted column bases, doing pressure grouting /guniting for cracked beam/wall portions. The most damaged upper portion of the wall was completely broken, strengthened and re-casted.supervision of rebuilding & modification of Coke Oven Battery No 2
