   Managed the project management function for diverse construction projects, including Wegmans Business Park in Greater Noida, Sandesara Bungalow in Baroda and the Escorts Construction Equipment Factory in Ballabhgarh.

• Responsibilities spanned project management, contract administration, inventory control, cost control, and maintenance activities for civil engineering projects within the automotive manufacturing sector.
   Managed the construction of factory sheds and buildings, including an RCC shell type overhead water tank, ensuring projects adhered to quality standards and timelines.
   Oversaw external civil works, encompassing roads, culverts, sewerage pipelines, drinking water pipelines, stormwater drains, and footpaths, ensuring proper infrastructure development and functionality.
   Managed project budgets, tracked costs, and optimized resource allocation to maintain project profitability and cost-effectiveness. Administered contracts, ensuring compliance with project specifications and resolving any contractual issues.

   Contributed to the construction of INR 4500 crore petrochemical plant in Etawa for Gas Authority of India Ltd (executed by Engineers India Ltd), including execution and supervision of furnace and equipment foundations with cast-in-situ piles (450mm).
   Participated in the construction of a 40,000 sqm telephone exchange building in New Delhi, responsible for planning, monitoring, client/subcontractor billing, contract administration, and client coordination.
   Involved in the pre-qualification of bids, analysis of rates, and tendering for multiple projects.
   Contributed to the Japanese Bungalow Project renovation in New Delhi, providing complete project management and client coordination, including planning, execution, and billing.
   Participated in the Hydrocracker Unit expansion project at the Indian Oil Corporation R&D Center in Faridabad, executing site development

Responsibilities included structural assessment, technical supervision, and implementation of strengthening solutions for existing reinforced concrete structures within a steel plant environment.
 Provided consultancy and technical supervision for the rebuilding and modification of Coke Oven Battery No. 2 at Rourkela Steel Plant for Steel Authority of India Ltd.
 Conducted detailed assessments of existing reinforced concrete (RCC) structures, including beams, columns, and walls, to determine necessary strengthening measures.
 Developed and implemented technical solutions for strengthening RCC structures, ensuring structural integrity and safety.
