Summary

During my professional career in the construction industry, I experienced exposure to majority of interdisciplinary functions of the project cycle and stake holders. My current role revolves around contracts & procurement function. The single largest order closed in recent past was more than INR 1500 Cr. (BUA - 1.3 million SQFT, White Concrete Structure). Other packages include GC, Interiors, Façade, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, Electrical, Equipment, Sports facility, Furniture, Solar Plant, Swimming Pool, Hardscape/ Landscape, Elevators, PEB structures, Green Field, Brown Field projects etc. I have worked with Developers (Emaar MGF/ AIPL Ambuja), Contractors (Unitech/ Macawber Beekay), PMC (Feedback Infra) etc. Project type includes RCC/ PEB Structures (Residential/ Office/ Institutional) , Infra. (Roads/ Flyovers) , University/ School campuses, SEZ IT complex, Museum, Automobile Sector (Engine Plant/ Press Shop, Overhead Water Tank), Power Plant (275M tall RCC Chimneys), Steel Plant (Coke Oven strengthening).
