I oversee all aspects of front desk and guest services operations at the company’s flagship office at One BKC. In this role, I manage the front office team, ensuring exceptional service delivery, efficient workflow, and seamless coordination between reception, client relations, and building support departments. My responsibilities include handling client inquiries, optimising visitor experiences, supervising staff schedules, maintaining operational standards, and implementing best practices to enhance overall workplace professionalism, and efficiency.
