- Modelling and analysis of piping systems like new plant room, high rise building network, pump rooms, cooling tower networks etc in compliance with ASME B31.1 (Power) and ASME B31.3 (Process) code requirements.
- Piping Stress analysis includes evaluation of stresses, displacements, forces and moments at restraints in the network for the structural support design requirements.
- Markup stress-related data changes requirements (routing change, support location and types etc.) on isometric to update the 3D model.
- Preparing data sheets for the selected spring supports (Spring isolators and hangers) using kinetics middle east data sheets in the piping network.
- Preparation of piping loads and moments summary as input for the structural design.
- Building and thermal expansion joint are provided as per the requirement.
- Structural support design using STAAD.Pro for all support locations and loads received from the piping stress analysis as input.
- Other calculations like baseplate thickness, anchor bolts and weld checks are performed for the complete design of supports.
- Working Knowledge of international standards like ASME, ASCE, AISC, API, BS 5950, IBC, UBC and MSSP standards.
- Prepare stress analysis, support design, software reports, support drawings and markup drawings in project delivery format.
