• Monitoring of Warranty Claim Settlement by Bentley, Goodwill claim, Warranty Claim Parts Handling and Tagging
• Quick Guidance to the Dealer Personnel related to Warranty Policy & Procedure
• Key contributor in achieving Dealer’s Business growth, Customer satisfaction and profitability
• Handling & making all types warranty Claims like Vehicle Warranty, Extended warranty claims, Goodwill claim and Part warranty claim, Accessories Warranty, Recall/Campaign, Transit damage claims
• Helping to ensure a customer-satisfying level of service in respect of warranty work performed
• Explaining warranty conditions and procedures to customers to avoid misunderstanding and conflict
• Liaising with manufacturer’s representatives to ensure that explanations are given for works undertaken was appropriate

• Provide Warranty to customer as per TKM Warranty Policy, Warranty Claim correct & Timely Submission
• Coordinate with Dealer Personal Such as Service Advisor, Technical Leader, Dealer Management for Warranty Decision making, Monitoring of Warranty Claim Settlement by TKM, Warranty Claim Parts Handling, Quick Guidance to the Dealer Personnel, related to Warranty Policy & Procedure
• Key contributor in achieving Dealer’s Business growth
• Making a FI Report, making a Free Service Claims, Making a Business Report, Making a warranty KPI report
• Making a Extended warranty claims and sales submit in portal, Compile warranty claims judgment received from TKM

• Evaluate the warranty request as per defined warranty norms and make decision to offer /not offer warranty
• Raise Technical DISS enquiries for warranty claims
• Raise Warranty claims daily basis in the system for approval
• Store the warranty Parts in the predefined locations, pack and send it to company s when required
• Reconcile all warranty receivable with payment using the appropriate accounting schedule
• Keep up to date on all information to pertinent (e.g factory recalls, bulletins, etc.)

• Managing & follow up of Warranty claims daily basis
• Making a P.W.A, making a QIR Reports
• Making a Used Car Warranty Claims (Hyundai advantage)
• Dealing with Emergency Road Service Claims, Making Job Cards, Making Free Service Claims
• Managing Extended Warranty
• Keeps informed of all factory recalls and bulletins
• Arranges for parts to be shipped to the factory or distributor or to be scrapped
• Tracks warranty parts by tagging with repair order number, date of replacement and date on which part may be disposed of
• Follow up pending claim payment
