  • Study/Analyze NC’s (Non-conformities) created by ME
  • Checks (TRS, DQN, VKMS, MFB, and IDV) from production areas, system installation and customization in the MCA and FAL
  • Propose the solution for identified non-conformity and discuss it with DO/ME
  • Perform Task 100 Signature
  • Arrange the Alignment meeting with AIB to start the 3D
  • Creation of the necessary documents, e.g
  • Design Query Notes (DQNs) for ATA-92 (-928, -924 and -923), to implement the solution on the aircraft, Identification of manufacturing problems and comparison of 3D-models in the DMU as well as the valid installation documents (including the MOD process) Check complaint reports (NCRB) for completeness and priority, determine the MCA and FAL impact on new modifications, complaints are processed in the engineering / MAP with regard to Detailed development of technical solutions for series implementation, including Quality, deadlines, and costs from the target/actual comparison of the aircraft including Ensuring the implementation of changes on the part of the construction.

Technical Lead

  • Study the Input w.r.t TRS, MP, D2MAT to check the Effort of DS
  • Arrange the Alignment meeting with AIB to start the 3D
  • Execution of 3D Harness Installation as per Alignment
  • Once the 3D part is freeze, then will start the F3D and A2D part to release the Design Solution
  • Taksy process for E928 to release the HTZ includes BOM updating
  • HMV layout creation for E929 2D activity
  • For any query part with Onsite Co-ordination must follow up
  • Update the Weekly OTD and Quality as per DRP planning.

Senior Design Engineer and Quality Checker

  • The project involves the creation or up issue of Design Data set or Draw set (3D/2D/BOM/ECN) of PAX floor Assembly (Cross beam/Z- Struts/ Seat Rails) using the CATIAV5, VPM and PDM Link SSCI
  • CATIAV5, VPM and PDM Link SSCI
  • Input study of static list
  • Creation or Up-issue of Product structure by addition or deletion of Brackets and IP’s (BFH nodes) in the main Assembly node
  • The project also involved the Creation of Single Part Design of the V539 Designed brackets (sheet metal brackets), and these brackets were proposed and validated by the customer
  • It also involved the creation of Draw set (3D/2D/BOM/ECN) of validated V539 Designed brackets
  • 3D installation of Brackets and IP’s
  • Check of IP deviation as per M20151 document and Clash analysis
  • Creation of Holes and Fasteners using HnF tool in CATIA V5
  • 2D drawing sheet creation or up-issue
  • All necessary information of Fasteners, Bonding information, surface protection codes, ABS1707 codes etc
  • Are given in the 2D Draw sheets
  • Creation or up-issue of the Draw set or Design Data set in PDM link SSCI BOM updating in PSE (Product Structure Explorer) Remarks (GN/FN) and ECN updating in PDM Link SSCI
  • Quality checking of the draw sets of the designers and delivering the work to the customer.

Design Engineer

A350-XWB: - FULL 3D-ATA 928 Drawing (Harness Installation)
  • Study and Input Analysis, Like TRS, DQN, MP RDR etc
  • MP, RDR, QC2 Views, DQN implementation
  • Interface Request (IP) Checking Involves in validation of FIN using Electrical Referential
  • Coordination between the Client and Team on Technical Issues Input Analysis
  • It involves checking the allotted Ds along with V928 and V929 part zones at section or Aircraft upper level in ENOVIA V5 VPM, to find the missing supports, brackets, Harness, nuts, etc
  • And preparing Finding’s presentation as per the customer Requirement
  • FD container checking: check out of the allotted V928 Ds along with V928 part zones in VPM
  • Create FD container, link the 928 DS along with V929 part zones to FD container
  • Enrichment involves Mounting Principle, Manual Bonding, Additional Fasteners, BOM from PS Additional BOM Elements, and Specific Not on 3D geometry etc
  • As per M2988 issue D
  • BOM: It Involves Checking the Consolidated BOM with Full 3D set and PDM Link
  • Study of Input Drawings & Data Preparation of the same
  • Quality checking as per the standards

Design Engineer and Quality Checker

  • Input study, Electrical wire harness Routing Quality Control: Clash, Space & Segregation Analysis (TDD & SIDP) Rework analysis Quality checking as per the standards Creation of 2D drawings of Electrical Harness (ATA-878) for A400M
  • Harness is installed with the help of clamps, brackets, and ramps, for the ease of installation harness is splitted into Zone within the aircraft with respect to Zones Drawings are created to help the Installer
  • Work involves creation of Overview and detail Drawings of Electrical Systems for A400M Program using Catia V5
  • Snap garbing and creation of Annotated views
  • Detailing picture drawings adhering to customer standards which are used in Installation of Harness in the Aircraft
  • Performing Quality check, Trouble shooting, Statistical Quality documentation, and Quality Reviews by checking the 3D model in DMU
  • Also involved in the Quality meetings with customer
  • Offshore Responsibilities: Coordination between the Client and Team on Technical Issues Preparation of offshore working process and follow up the Task List.
