• Position commands strong technical expertise and extensive experience over the training devices and is completely autonomous in coordinating and contributing to the Inventory management concerning all the training devices.
• 'Position oversees and provides technical supervision in spares management and anticipating repairs in flight simulators and other related training devices to ensure KPIs are met (Reliability, MTBF)
• Regularly interfaces with HO training Devices,Procurement,Finance,OEM and different suppliers to discuss spares, repair needs and also to anticipate any technical requirements.
• Continually improve, recommend and develop new Lean procedures for FSTD inventory management along with the technical lead, repair and support activities keeping in mind the local for global objective - supporting other training centers and central Airbus team.
• Good knowledge of SAP for generating PREQ’s, PO and GRN.

Reporting to Head of Training Devices, Major job profile includes schedule and unscheduled maintenance of TRU A320 FULL FLIGHT SIMULATOR.

• Documented maintenance activities and confirmed compliance with relevant regulations.
• Enhanced safety standards by conducting regular inspections, identifying hazards, and recommending corrective actions.

• Optimized spare parts inventory management for cost reduction and increased availability.

• Reporting To technical Manager, Major Job profile includes Unscheduled and scheduled maintenance of FBFMS and APTT of MIG-29 UPG Fighter aircraft.

• Reporting to technical manager, shift leader for 2-4 technicians in a shift
• Major Job profile includes Unscheduled and scheduled maintenance of CAE 5000 series Class - D, CAE 7000xr Series Class - D full flight simulators of Airbus - A320 & APT.

• Reporting to technical manager and assisting Shift Leader in major jobs which Includes unscheduled and scheduled maintenance of CAE 7000 series Class D FFS, A-320, B737-800 and APT.
