ERP MIGRATION PROJECT

• Write scripts to know the actual expected response of the new system while using all operational functions on acceptance environment as a User Acceptance Tester.
• Defects Triage – Raising defects on JIRA by its level of severity.
• Retest raised defects once fixed.
• End to end modelling – Design and execute end to end journey model for Emirates Airline customers.
• PPT presentation of continuous progress of the development to top management.
• Implementation of the new system
• Continuous training and development to customer service agents for getting their hands on new system

ACTING SUPERVISOR

• Managed a team of 10 or more agents for flight disruptions/mis-connections

• Drive LCL/FCL shipments from point A to Z coming in and out of Abu Dhabi.
• Handling documentation, invoicing, quotation for freight forwarding and, clearance and delivery
• Enabled revenue generation by persuading customers to go for customs clearance and door step delivery
• Handle claims lodged on carrier in accordance with limit of liability

• Understand the policy wordings
• Service Claims – Drive claims from inception to closure for import marine cargo PAN India for all shipments insured by AIG offices globally
• Handle claims from inception to closure for export marine cargo for shipments insured by TATA in India
• Register claims in insurance claims system. Generate claims reference number and upload all claims documents along with all official communication
• Update appt. reserve according to the claim estimate
• Appoint surveyor and follow up with the surveyor for initial as well as final survey report and take ahead claim process accordingly
• Pay claims keeping in my guidelines by IRDAI and RBI mandates
