Systems Engineer at TCS from last 2.5 years. I have been working in support project of Business critical application FACP (Financial Anti-Crime Platform).

FACP application is being used for identifying suspicious customer record or transaction in order to comply with financial regulations such as Anti Money Laundering (AML), fraud transactions and terrorist funding.

Extensively worked on production support and incident management activities in Business-Critical Application work environment wherein my job involved batch and alerts monitoring daily application health check , carrying out Root cause analysis (RCA) and coordinating change activities in case of major issues.

Also from past few months I am working on DevOps side of this FACP application , where I am involved in lots of other environments similar to Production. These environments I am working on deployment side , which mainly involves Jenkins pipeline.
