• Description: Embedded Chatbot in Allstate's ticketing portal to resolve technical issues and queries of Allstate employees
• Major Contribution:
• Designed and developed innovative chatbot framework capable of updating conversations in real-time without coding, decoupled from NLU System.
• Received patent for framework developed, which significantly reduced development efforts and enabled developers to focus on outcome-based delivery.
• Applied advanced automation techniques to create framework that drastically reduced development time and complexity, leading to faster and more efficient project outcomes.

• Description: Lead Generation tool for Allstate's car rental service called Drift from triggers received by Claims Module.
• Major Contribution:
• Designed and developed solutions to retrieve and transform JSON data from the Claims Module, ensuring seamless integration with Drift.
• Created a configurable framework for transforming JSON data, minimizing codebase changes and enabling flexible adaptations to evolving requirements.

• Developed features for generating cash-flows and Mark to Market P&L for various trade types—Physical, Financial, Options, Swaps, and FX—across commodities including Agriculture, Oil, Gas, and Metals.
• Implemented risk assessment modules including Sensitivity Analysis, P&L Attribution, and Value At Risk (VaR).

Product - TRIV Platform Mobile Money Solutions

Description: TRIV Platform is core product of Trivnet that provides the solutions for mobile remittance and commerce.
