Developing new suppliers and components on a day to day basis.

Tracking products BOM's and ensuring there are no overspecified components in the products and the costing is optimal.

Ensuring the right material is received in right quantities, at right price and on time.

Day to day co-ordination with R&D teams and Manufacturing unit for efficient product development and effective supply chain.

Understanding project requirement and research for best suited products and vendors accordingly.

Manage a team of 3 members.

Dealing with various vendors for supply of products and service
Contract Framing and Contract Governance.

Responsible for all the techno commercial aspects of the project.
Project Co-ordination.

Responsible for end to end project management of entire project.

Dealing with various internal and external stake
holders for smoother implementation and operations of the project

Strategic Sourcing of IT/Electronic, Chemicals, Electrical, Mechanical equipment for various projects while ensuring
project timelines and budget.

Research for equipment that best suits the requirement.
Vendor negotiations and vendor relationship management.

Negotiating with vendors for best suited prices.

Development of sourcing and procurement processes.

Ensuring SLA adherence from third party service providers and vendors.

Preparing Bill of Quantities for IT/Electronic equipment required for ITS projects.

Evaluate bid documents and prepare relevant qualification documents and necessary cost estimates for EPC, BOT &
DBOT projects respectively.
