• Responsible for compliance with all GMP, safety, training of new trainees and timely completion of all production documents.
• Preparing discrepancy reports and request for corrective actions to errors observed during document review.
• Participated in validation of various manufacturing processes and equipments like HVAC, clean rooms.
• Involved in investigations for deviations and out of specifications (OOS).
• Involved in preparation of validation protocols and reports like, method validation, stability and Equipment qualifications (DQ, IQ, OQ and PQ).
• Involved in preparation of Quality control SOP’s, specifications and analytical work sheets for raw materials, intermediates and finished products.
• Hand on experience in handling the instruments like HPLC, UV.
