    This process was of Excel Automation by Ui Path BOT. The bot will be triggered by input emails and then it will access 3
    input files and copy the data from them add specific formulas and create a final excel. Then BOT will login to the SAP
    application , upload the file and validate the status of the upload. On a successful transaction the BOT will send a
    Success Mail to the customer.
    Client : CONOCOPHILLIPS
    My Contribution: Preparing SDD, other documents , Developing the code end-to-end, Deployment, supporting the QA
    team and resolve issues in UAT as well.
  • Project - 2
    This process was of Excel Automation and Web Automation by UiPath BOT. The bot will be scheduled in orchestrator. It
    will access input files and copy the data from them and create a data table. The dispatcher will upload each invoice
    number with their names in the orchestrator Queue . Then BOT will login to the Web application , go t the specific page
    and then upload each invoice number from the Queue and validate the status of the upload and it will update the status
    in the final excel sheet as well. On a successful run the BOT will send a Success Mail to the customer attaching the final
    excel file.

  • Worked in projects of ticket resolving process of TELUS.
  • The processes consisted web based,citrix and desktop applications.
  • Automated Siebel based application like LYNX. That was a Siebel based web application which contained all the ticket information and they could be resolved within Lynx.
  • Automated desktop application like APROPOS. This is a desktop application where all the tickets come in a queue and it generates a pop-up interaction from which we can get the current ticket and pick up the ticket now from there before checking it in Lynx. After working with it in Lynx and SMA and Secure CRT we flag off the ticket from the Apropos. I have developed the BOT in such a way
    that it will open the interaction and pick up the ticket from there and then go to Lynx for searching the ticket.
  • SMA : This is a web application where we can find the information of the Assets(Managed Objects) for a particular ticket.
    I have developed that part also through UI Path.
  • Secure CRT: This is a desktop application which is used to troubleshoot the Manage Object(MO) of the ticket. Different
    UNIX based commands give the current status of connection of different IPs and Interfaces for that Device.
