● Manage 20 Kasturba Gandhi Balika Vidyalayas (KGBVs) and facilitate the adoption of the Teaching Assistant AI Tool Khanmigo.

● Conduct school visits to provide hands-on support to 60+ teachers and 2K+ students, ensuring effective utilization of Khanmigo tool.

● Collaborate closely with District Coordinator- Girls and District Coordinator- Samagra Shiksha and the other stakeholders of District Education Department.

● Implemented Five key Program Interventions under Maternal Child Health and Nutrition Program in the blocks.

● Served as Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for Ayushman Bharat- Health and Wellness Centers intervention in the district.

● Contributed to designing 3 ODK tools to track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and assess impact on VHSND, HBPNC and AB-HWCactivities.

● Conducted workshops and training sessions for healthcare professionals, promoting Digital Literacy and adoption of Telehealth services including the implementation of E-Aushadhi and FP-LMISapplication.

● Trained and built capacities of 400+ AWWs, 400+ ASHAs, 80+ ANMs, 60+ CHOs and 50+ Supervisors.

● Analyzed various Data Sets (HMIS, ANMOL, Poshan Tracker, Sampark-MIS, NFHS) to develop outcome-based action plans for improved service delivery.

● Supported the Block Health department in the National Quality Assurance Standards (NQAS) assessment, leading to the National Certification of 3 AB-HWC in September 2024.

● Managed Program and Administrative Budgets for district and block level training and activities.

● Contributed to organizational initiatives, including Employee Welfare Activities and Pre-placement talks for campus placement of the Antara Foundation Fellows (TAF Fellows).

● Conducted Trainings for 1400+ ASHA workers across different blocks on ASHA Module 6,7 and 8.

● Managed 1 Block, overseeing 1 Primary Health Centre(PHC) 15+ Sub-Health Centres (SHCs), 80+ Anganwadi Centres, implementing CARE India’s Bihar Technical Support Unit projectsin collaboration with State Health Society Bihar.

● Organized multiple grassroot level awareness programs in alignment with Health and WCD department initiatives.
